Jeff has over 27 years of experience as corporate attorney. His law practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, licensing, crowdfunding and securities law. Jeff has represented a wide variety of companies ranging from start-ups to middle market companies in various industries, including Web 3.0, technology, ecommerce, consumer products, real estate development, gaming, apparel, cannabis, and food & beverage.
Jeff has a broad range of experience, starting his career at Paul Hastings, a tier one law firm, followed by serving as in-house counsel for a publicly traded Nasdaq high technology company. Between 2017 and 2020, while maintaining his law practice, Jeff was a founder, general counsel and VP of Corporate Development for ConversionPoint Technologies, Inc., which acquired various SAAS businesses, and launched an Initial Public Offering underwritten by Oppenheimer.
Jeff is also an entrepreneur. Among other things, he is co-founder and chairman of Titan Brands, a successful restaurant development company in Las Vegas, Nevada, a co-founder of YourFare, Inc., a restaurant technology company, and the founder of Culture Software Solutions, Inc., a SAAS platform that measures and reports on employee sentiment in real time.
Jeffrey has participated in the Harvard Business School Executive MBA Program since 2015 and is an active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), for which he has served in various leadership roles.
